MEDIA MEANINGS

 PREP Write out these terms under the class post and define them:

Scheduling- the timing of an advertisement which is presented as plots on a flowchart every year.

Live television- Any show that you watch as its being shown on TV live. 

'Second screening'- A term for when people watching TV are also using another electronic device during the time of when they are watching TV.

Audience Interactivity- Different ways people process and share information. It is supposed to engage the person to the media and is another way for them to interact in a way non-interactive media does not.

The watershed- The time when Tv programmes that are not suitable for children can be broadcasted.

Peak viewing time- The time in a day when most people are watching TV, this is when advertising costs the most.

High production values- When something is professionally made or done and is expensive.
